PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus for improving reliability in signal transmission. SOLUTION: This communication apparatus 100 is provided with a plurality of communication elements 200 connected to a first signal layer 20 and a second signal layer 30, respectively. The first signal layer 20 is provided with low resistance regions 282 connected to each communication element 200, and capacitive coupling conductors 284 capacitively coupled to the low resistances region 282 via a high resistance layer 280, so that signal transmission between the communication elements 200 is conducted via the capacitive coupling conductors 284. By this configuration, the influence of the frequency of a communication signal on the reliability of communication can be reduced, and since a resistance value of the high resistance layer 280 etc. is not required to be controlled strictly, the communication apparatus 100 which is easily manufactured can be obtained.
