PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cage valve capable of preventing occurrence of damages, vibration, noise or cavitation of the valve. SOLUTION: In the cage valve provided with a cage 7 which is fixed in one chamber divided by a partition 2 to divide the inside of a valve element into an upstream side chamber and a downstream side chamber and has a plurality of flow control windows 13 on a circumferential wall, and a valve plug 15 to open/close the flow control windows 13 of the cage 7, a projection part projecting in the inside diameter direction is provided on a lower end of a bottom surface part of the cage.
