PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a frost damage is generated by water infiltrating from fillers, the strength of concrete is lowered or a breakdown is generated when a pocket is formed near the top end of a concrete structure and a support or the like is buried to the pocket. SOLUTION: The partial antifreezing structure of a concrete structure is provided with a structure made by fitting a buried article into the pocket for receiving the bottom section of the buried article provided for a planned post-burying near the top end of the concrete structure, filling the periphery of the buried article with the fillers and providing a drainage structure for naturally draining water infiltrating into the inside, and an earth-retaining wall block with the partial antifreezing structure.
