ROLLER LEVELER AND STRAIGHTENING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller leveller which can suppress not only the occurrence of the shape defects of a large-sized plate but also the occurrence of the bar cutting camber and the bar cutting warpage when a cutting work such as bar cutting is executed and can straighten a metal plate into an excellent shape, and a straightening method. SOLUTION: The roller leveler has a group of straightening rolls 2 arranged in zigzag. A plurality of first dividing crowning means 5 are arranged in the direction of the roll barrel length to one straightening roll 4 in the group of the straightening rolls.
