PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine which is set in such a state that at the entry of a game ball to a start port, the number of prize balls corresponding to the number of held balls at that time is paid out, thereby realizes adjustment of profit balance between a game parlor side and a player side depending on the setting and enables the player to play the game without interrupting ball hitting even when a fluctuation held number increases, and consequently realizes increase in the sales of a game parlor. SOLUTION: In the Pachinko game machine, the prize balls are paid out by the entry to the start port 9, patterns of a pattern fluctuation display device 12 start fluctuation, a fluctuation holding means for storing the entry to the start port during the fluctuation of the patterns up to a prescribed number is provided, and a special game state is attained when the fluctuated patterns are stopped at predetermined specified patterns. Two or more kinds of the numbers of the prize balls corresponding to the held number stored in the fluctuation holding means are set and the number of the prize balls corresponding to the held number at that time is selected and paid out at the entry to the start port.
