PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the illegal put-out of game medals and coins and the robbery of banknotes by detecting the operation state of a hopper through the use of a money reception signal, so as to detect an illegal action by the simultaneous use of sensor and a photographing apparatus.
