PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with which a sitter can sit in a correct posture with the stabilized pelvis by transforming a seat surface section according to the ischial tuberocity of the sitter with consideration of a way of using a muscle, a way of sitting or the like of the Eastern people, and an inner muscle can be trained in a sitting condition. SOLUTION: The chair is equipped with a pair of seat surface sections which are divided into left and right parts for the sitter, wherein a separation means is provided to separate the pair of seat surface sections according to the distance between the ischial tuberocities of the sitter.
