PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reflector apparatus with which a desired sound effect can be obtained, which can be made small and light, and which can be easily moved when it is set or housed. SOLUTION: A front reflector 1 arranged on the front-face deep side of a stage S is connected with a link mechanism 4 held on the front-face deep wall S1 of the stage S. The upper end of the front reflector 1 is suspended and held by a traction member 5 suspended along the wall S1. The proximal end of a ceiling reflector plate 3 arranged above the stage S is connected turnably to the upper end of the front reflector 1.
