The holder has a support plate (10) mounted on a bottom surface of the circuit board (70), a cooling device which is mounted on the central processing unit (72) a fixture device (30) arranged on the bottom face of the cooling device (20), fixture elements (40) arranged externally on the cooling device (20) and comprising a handling part (42) and a fixture part (44), in which each fixture part (44) extends from the lower end of the handling part (42) down to the bottom. The fixture parts (44) can be swiveled inwards for connecting to the hooking arms (12).
