[PROBLEMS] To minimize the storage amount of a storage medium, clearly separate the data before reception of a trigger signal from the data after reception of the trigger signal, and manage those data separately. [MEANS FOR RESOLVING PROBLEMS] There are provided area definition data storing means for storing area definition data for defining first and second storage areas in a primary storage medium; first write control means for continuously writing incoming data into the first storage area until the reception of the trigger signal; and second write control means for waiting until the reception of the trigger signal to write data incoming thereafter into the second storage area, instead of stopping the data write into the first storage area.
