The present invention relates to an integral system for connecting/disconnecting multiple subscribers to a main line for supplying services such as: electrical power, telephone service, cable television, etc., which comprises a set of modules that incorporates means for measuring consumption data and registering the same in memory elements, as well as wireless linking elements, for instance: elements of the radiofrequency and power line-type, which allow the set to be operated at long distance without requiring additional wiring; the aforementioned further allowing a prepayment system to be used by means of cards.
