SYSTEM FOR VERIFYING AN IPE FOR TFO AND A METHOD THEREOF, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH ENSURING TFO BY CARRYING OUT FUNCTION VERIFICATION FOR AN IPE IN CASE THAT A FAULT OCCURS BEFORE OR AFTER TFO

PURPOSE: A system for verifying an IPE for TFO(Tandem Free Operation) and a method thereof are provided to prevent deterioration in the sound quality of voice signals by efficiently finding out a TFO fault so that TFO can be smoothly executed. CONSTITUTION: A test transmitting part(10) generates a TFO message and a TFO frame to verify an IPE(20) and transmits them to the IPE(20). The IPE(20) processes the TFO frame according to the contents of the TFO message. A test receiving part(40) judges whether the TFO message and the TFO frame are normally received through the IPE(20) from the test transmitting part(10). An MSC(30) executes switching so that the TFO message and the TFO frame, transmitted through the IPE(20) from the test transmitting part(10), can be transmitted to the test receiving part(40).
