PURPOSE: An oral troche containing wasabi(or mustard) and menthol as a main component is provided. It helps reduce sleepiness by utilization of olfactory stimulation and can be manufactured in the shape of pills, chewing gums, candies and the like. CONSTITUTION: The oral troche for reducing sleepiness contains wasabi(Brassia juncea var foliosa) or mustard and menthol, which have a volatilization effect and characteristic sense of taste.
