A system for interrupting information plagiarism is provided to prevent the information plagiarism in advance by controlling actions on the Internet according to a settlement of permitting or prohibiting the identity. A setting unit(110) changes user identity setting value stored in an identity database(500) according to a request of the user. A receiving unit(120) receives a request of checking the identity from a web site(300). An interrupting system(100) receives the request of checking the identity from the web site through the receiving unit. An inquiring unit(130) inquiries that the request of checking the identity is set as on or off. An identity system(400) checks the identity of the user and transmits the result to the corresponding web site.
