<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible file distribution device adjusted to a network state in a large scale system (having a large number of distribution destinations) and a system where a high load network work state continues and in the case that the other important operation application occupies a network band. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a means for measuring a round trip time when a file is distributed to a file distribution destination from a self-device, a means for monitoring the network state based on the round trip time, an analysis means for generating a knowledge database based on the network state, a means for deciding file distribution speed based on a content of the knowledge database and a content of a policy database and a means for distributing the file to the file distribution destination at decided file distribution speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
