PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by remarkable miniaturization of the power fan of a ventilation device and improvement in heat exchange efficiency of an air heat exchanger by significantly reducing the pressure loss of the air heat exchanger by introducing indoor contaminated air (ventilation air quantity) from a living room in two systems and contact-passing it. SOLUTION: A heat source recovering air heat exchanger unit is installed to a known refrigeration cycle. The indoor contaminated air (ventilation air quantity) is carried in two systems so that it can be integrally recovered by the ventilation device 11 and introduced to the air heat exchanger 5 via ventilation ducts 9 and 10 and a dust preventive net 14.
