[Also in Divisions B2 and C3] A laminate is prepared by hot pressing a linen fabric between foils of an epoxy resin composition cured with a polyamide in which up to 100% of the amine component is 2,2,4- and/or 2,4,4-trimethylhexamethylene diamine. In an example the epoxy resin is a glycidyl ether of bisphenol A and the polyamide prepared from 42À5 parts by wt. of adipic acid, 34À5 parts of nonomethylenediamine and 23 parts of 2,2,4- trimethylhexamethylene diamine. |
