PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability and convenience in simultaneous control by mounting a plurality of storage means in a central control unit for controlling a plurality of air conditioning systems. SOLUTION: This centralized control unit 4 has an stored mode operation SW simultaneously having a plurality of operation mode storing functions and a simultaneous ON/OFF function to operating states stored in the same, independently from a simultaneous ON/OFF control SW 46, whereby the convenience to easily perform the setting and simultaneous control at any time, and the economical operation based on user's intention free from simultaneous control can be provided, which has high utility value.
