PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel holding device capable of keeping small the protruding amount of a vessel in a cabin, holding different sizes of vessels stably, and performing easily the put-in/takeout operation of the vessel. SOLUTION: The vessel holding device is composed of a recess for accommodation in which a vessel is inserted and a supporting member to support the over-part of the vessel, wherein it is arranged so that the supporting member can make displacement between the top position and the bottom position. In the top position, the top face of the supporting member is displaced to a position apart from the recess, and therefore the over-part of the vessel can be supported even if it is large. In the bottom position, the top face of the supporting member is positioned closely to the recess, so that a sufficient protruding amount of the vessel upward from the supporting member can be kept even if the vessel is small, and it is possible to perform the takeout operation of the vessel easily.
