PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To break a bridge phenomenon without applying human power and to make a powder material smoothly flow out, when the bridge phenomenon prevents the powder material from flowing out of a hopper outlet. SOLUTION: When a sensor senses that the powder material does not flow out, a screw rotating device is operated to break the bridge phenomenon and forcedly makes the powder material flow out of the outlet. The screw rotating device comprises a shaft 1 connected to a gear part, a shaft 2 connected to a first intermediate gear, a shaft 3 connected to a second intermediate gear, a screw directly connected to the shaft 3, and the sensor.
