摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a magnetoresistive element as a structural body excellent in temperature characteristic by exactly measuring a change in weak magnetic field intensity even if all the magnetoresistive elements are disposed in a constant magnetic field. SOLUTION: A three terminal magnetoresistive element or a four terminal magnetoresistive element is formed by a plurality of magnetoresistive elements in which a thin-film layer formed by growing a semiconductor crystal on a substrate is used as an operating layer of a magnetosensitive section. Impurities for increasing the number of carriers are doped in the operating layer to increase carriers, and the magnetoresistive effect of the plurality of magnetoresistive elements are made so that a change in magnetic reluctance rate to a change in magnetic flux density due to an external magnetic field differ from each other.
