PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology proposing a learning plan matching features of each learner, and allowing effective progress of learning. SOLUTION: This learning support device 30 stores learning history data in which learning mode data representing learning mode of a learner, achievement data representing achievement degree of the learner, and changes of learning mode of the learner are accumulated, are stored for every learner, making respective data correspond to one another. The device 30 acquires the learning mode data of the learner using a terminal device from a terminal device 20. The device 30, when the learning mode data stored in an own device coincide with the learning mode data acquired from the terminal device 20 in a given range, recognizes the learner corresponding to the learning mode data within the range, as a similar learner. The device 30 processes the learning history data of the similar learner having a higher achievement than a learner using the terminal device 20 in a given procedure, creates a learning plan data and sends the data to the terminal device 20, and makes the terminal device 20 display.
