PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically and accurately measure a temperature of a movable measured object. SOLUTION: A peripheral temperature T<SB>a</SB>of the movable measured object is sampling-measured, and a present temperature T<SB>obj</SB>of the movable measured object is found by computation expressed by Expression (A), using a temperature T<SB>a1</SB>and a time t<SB>1</SB>in this time measurement, a temperature T<SB>a0</SB>and a time t<SB>0</SB>in the last measurement, and the temperature T<SB>pre</SB>of the movable measured object in the last, whereτis a time constant as to temperature response of the measured object, G<SB>in</SB>is a time variation rate of the peripheral temperature of the measured object, andγis a regulation coefficient for enhancing precision in the Expression (A).
