PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the bonding with a simple structure, in brazing of a coil bracket to a tube, and minimize the bimetallic deformation by thermal change. SOLUTION: A general brazing is performed on the flow tube side of the bracket. Simultaneously with it, in order to prevent the deformation of the bracket by thermal change, a wax is also applied to the opposite surface to the brazing part of the bracket to perform vacuum brazing. The bracket has a predetermined width in the tube longitudinal direction. Since the wax is spread and adhered to both sides of the bracket over this predetermined width, the deformation by thermal change can be offset. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
