PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard mounting structure for a partition panel device, which has a simple structure, and facilitates mounting/dismounting work of baseboards on/from a partition panel. SOLUTION: The baseboard mounting structure is provided for mounting the baseboards 36 on the partition panel device P which is set up by erecting a panel frame body 11 as a rectangular frame consisting of a pair of right and left side frames 14 and a pair of upper and lower horizontal frames 13, 15, placed on a ground rail 7 fixed on a floor surface 5 and extending in a transverse direction. The lower horizontal frame 15 has engaging slots 25 formed in both front and rear outer end faces, which extend inward and face upward, and engaging steps 43 in a lower surface thereof at locations below the engaging slots 25, respectively. Further each baseboard 36 has an engaging claw 38 formed at an upper portion thereof, which is engageable with the engaging slot 25, and an engaging protrusion 38a which is elastically and flexibly engageable with the engaging step 43.
