PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curable silicone composition capable of being easily cured to form a film, by being irradiated with light, such as ultraviolet light, in a short time, and capable of forming the film having excellent releasability, without using a solvent. SOLUTION: This photo-curable silicone composition contains an epoxy-modified silicone in an amount of 100 pts.wt., an onium salt photopolymerization initiator in an amount of 0.1-1 pt.wt., and a 9,10-diakloxyanthracene as a sensitizing agent in an amount of 0.001-1 pt.wt., wherein alkoxy groups of the 9,10-diakloxyanthracene are each a 6-12C alkoxy having a side chain.
