PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a hair cosmetic that has prevention or restoration effect on damages from the inside and the outside of the hair and excellent maintenance effect of softness and smoothness on the hair especially from after drying to washing on the following day. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic comprises (A) an amphipathic amide lipid and (B) an organopolysiloxane containing an amino-substituted organopolysiloxane chain and a polyoxyalkylene chain.
