PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-off prevention device of a road railer capable of accurately and stably detecting seating of a driver on the driver's seat and controlling suitability of a braking operation of a wheel for track travel. SOLUTION: The run-off prevention device device 50 of the road railer 1 travelling by driving an iron wheel 4 or a tire wheel 3 comprises an iron wheel overhang sensor 51, a first brake sensor 53, and a seat belt attachment sensor 55. The device 50 has a control unit 30 for operating an iron wheel brake 4b to brake the iron wheel 4 to stop the travel of the road railer vehicle 1 when no operation of a brake lever 20a is detected by the first brake sensor 53 and no attachment of a seat belt 40 by the driver is detected by the seat belt attachment sensor 55 when the iron wheel 4 is detected to be positioned at an overhang position by the iron wheel overhang sensor 51.
