The invention relates to a method of calculating frequencies of an oscillatory phenomenon. The inventive method comprises a step whereby at least one sensor generates or acquires information that is characteristic of the oscillatory phenomenon at irregular intervals, and a step whereby the signals delivered by the sensor(s) are processed. Moreover, for each of the aforementioned sensors, the invention provides a time function of the variation DELTA in the characteristic information in relation to a theoretical value. The invention is characterised in that it comprises: a frequency analysis step; a step comprising the fusion of information from an earlier processing operation when a plurality of sensors are used; and a step consisting in searching for the maxima in the resulting spectrum and eliminating aliasing associated with each maximum. The invention also relates to the system used to implement said method. |
