PURPOSE: A heating apparatus is provided to efficiently heat an object up to the optimum temperature regardless of the difference of the initial temperature of a tray on which the object is disposed. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus(1) comprises a plate(3) on which an object is disposed; a heating coil(4) arranged underneath the plate so as to generate a high frequency magnetic field; a temperature sensor(6) for sensing the temperature of the object; a heating temperature set unit(7) for setting a heating temperature for the object; and a control unit(5) for stopping an output of the heating coil when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor has reached the heating temperature set by the heating temperature set unit.
