<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair for rehabilitation with versatility, capable of compulsorily rotating pedals on which a user puts feet by the user himself/herself by hands or by another person pushing the wheelchair even though the user doesn't have sufficient strength in the disabled feet, and adjusting the range of the exercises according to the degree of the disability of legs of the user. <P>SOLUTION: Both ends of a pedal rotation shaft 6 with alternate pedals 6 are journaled to left and right pedal bearings 13 mounted in a body frame 4 in the front of the wheelchair, and bevel gears 19 and 20 mounted on the pedal rotation shaft 6 and bevel gears 17 and 18 mounted on a wheel shaft 2 of driving wheels 1 of the wheelchair are connected by a driving shaft 5.
