<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a fuel cell vehicle that can achieve smooth drive torque responsiveness by preventing the discontinuous response of the drive torque, even if the output capacity of the fuel cell or a capacitor device is lowered. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 10 comprises a drive motor torque command operation means that calculates the torque command value to a vehicle drive motor 6 on the basis of an acceleration operation amount from an acceleration sensor 14, and an output capacity determination means that determines at least either the output capacity of the fuel cell 3 or the output capacity of a battery 5.
