<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide container commodity having an outer box including an inner box which provides a container as a product with the function of a cushioning-and-fixing member, ensures large effective storage capacity, is easy to insert and take out and also easy to open, and prevents damage to a sales promotion item disposed in the small box. <P>SOLUTION: The container goods having the outer box include the container, the outer box for storing and packaging the container, and the inner small box inserted in a space defined between the container and the outer box after the container is stored in the outer box. The outer box is a box having a bottom face, a top face and side faces. The container stored in the outer box has: the body of the container; shoulders continuing from the body; a neck of a small diameter which extends upward continuing from the shoulders; and a mouth defined at the leading end of the neck. The inner small box is a box that has an inclined bottom capable of coming into contact with one of the shoulders of the container, and an inner side face which continues from the bottom and is capable of coming into contact with the neck of the container.
