<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary root-cutting/washing apparatus with which a root of a tree in a drainpipe can efficiently and surely be removed and the drainpipe can be washed at the same time by making an L-type washing nozzle equipped with an edged tool and a roller self-travel while rotating the nozzle at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is obtained by connecting a root cutting/washing nozzle tool to a joint support to be operated three-dimensionally. The root cutting/washing nozzle tool is constituted in such a manner that the roller (2) is fit to a long leg of an L-shaped high pressure pipe (1) in the portion adjacent to a short leg, a nozzle tip (3) is fit obliquely backward to the distal end of the short leg and an edged tool support (4) is fit to the short leg. The joint support to be operated three-dimensionally is constituted in such a manner that a high pressure pipe joint (5) to both ends of which swivel joints (6) are connected is supported by pins (8a) at the central positions of an inside columnar ring (7) to be moved right and left and the ring (7) is supported by pins (8b) at the central positions of an outside columnar ring (9) to be moved up and down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
