<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction of a cost because the number of components is made smaller than a conventional stop cock while the stop cock can be installed to a joint connecting pipe by one action by deflecting an elastic engaging pawl by utilizing the properties of the deflection of a resin, and to eliminate the need for a special tool and simply conduct an operation in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic engaging pawl 11 with a hooked section 15 is formed integrally to the stop cock 1 for the joint connecting pipe. A square-shaped lead groove 13 in which a lead angle, where the hooked section 15 is engaged, is taken largely at approximately 45°is formed to the outer periphery of a draining flow path 6 for the joint connecting pipe 2 holding the stop cock 1.
