<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrical connection defects due to wiring and the contact of the wiring with a reel. <P>SOLUTION: A stepping motor 7, a switch 11 for fixed position detection and an LED 16 are arranged on the same circuit board 15 and connectors 17 and 19 which can be fitted to each other are provided on the side of a circuit board 15 and an attaching board 2, respectively.
