PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer that can be arranged in a space-saving manner in small-sized electronic equipment and has a contact element realizing low-load stable connection and formed integrally with a housing. SOLUTION: A resin-made housing 5 housing a magnet 2, a voice coil 2, and a diaphragm 4 is provided with a stepped through hole 7, in which a conductive head pin 8 and a coil spring 9 are fitted in this order; and further a conductive solder leg 10 is mounted and a conductor 13 from the voice coil 3 is connected to the conductive solder leg 10.
