PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating member of a wiring/piping material having a simple structure and capable of securing strength. SOLUTION: The rotating member 5 is made of a corrugated fiberboard and stored inside a corrugated fiberboard box 3. The rotating member 5 supports a wound bundle 1a of a water pipe 1 and is rotatably supported together with the wound bundle 1a. The rotating member 5 is provided with a main body part 5a and a pair of side plate parts 5b, 5b. The main body part 5a comprises a hollow cylindrical body having openings at its both sides, and is inserted into inside of an inner side space part 1c of the wound bundle 1a. The pair of side plate parts 5b, 5b are mounted to both sides of the main body part 5a, in order to prevent side faces 1b, 1b of the wound bundle 1a from being brought into sliding contact with an inner face of the corrugated fiberboard box 3. Standing pieces 5d standing up inside the main body part 5a are provided for the side plate parts 5b. The main body part 5a and side plate parts 5b are jointed and assembled so that standing-up faces of the standing pieces 5d come into surface contact with the inner face of the main body part 5a.
