PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bagging apparatus requiring not wide installation area, capable of being miniaturized as well as automatically and positively performing operation from filling till sealing of contents. SOLUTION: The bagging apparatus 1 is provided with a sealing device B for sealing contents by laminating a port flap to the adhesive agent layer 11a formed on the wall face after filling the contents in the bag 10. The sealing device B is equipped with a rotator 16 supported movably along the wall face of the bag to remove the release paper 11a covering the adhesive agent layer 11b. The rotator 16 supported rotatably has at least one air suction port on the peripheral part thereof, with each air suction port communicating with a negative pressure generating device. A pressuring device 20, after removing the release paper 11a from the rotator 16, pressurizes the port flap to the adhesive agent layer 11b.
