The arrangement uses a hollow profiled porous sleeve coated with heat-resistant metal foil (2) encased in a plastics insulation layer also lined with a heat resistant metal foil. One of the foils projects over an open end side of the sleeve to close same with a stopper (5). An explosive charge (4) in the sleeve is adjoined by a stopper (5') and then a closed hollow body (7) which has at its free end inlet and outlet openings for a coolant supply and discharge pipe (8,8'). A ignition wire (6) leads up to the detonator of the explosive charge at one end and leads to the free end of the hollow profile sleeve at the other.
