JIG AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR A 2-WAY SLAB DECK PLATE USING THE JIG PLACED WIDTHWISE ON A LOWER BAR

PURPOSE: A jig is provided to place a widthwise lower bar on a lower bar simply and the construction method for a 2-way slab deck plate using the jig is provided to improve constructability by simply placing a widthwise lower bar on a lower bar simply. CONSTITUTION: The jig(200) is composed of a guide member(210) having the appointed length and an opened section, and placed on a lower bar to guide a widthwise lower bar. The construction method for a 2-way slab deck plate using the jig(200) comprises the steps of: preparing a 2-way slab deck plate composed of a truss comprising an upper bar, a lower bar and a lattice supporting the lower bar and the upper bar, and a base supporting the truss; placing a guide member(210) having the open section widthwise on the lower bar of the deck plate; placing a widthwise lower bar of single steel on the guide member(210) placed on the lower bar; installing a backing(230) on one end of the guide member(210) before placing the widthwise lower bar on the guide member(210) to prevent the rotation or distortion of a guide member(210) according to the advance of the widthwise lower bar; placing a widthwise lower bar on the lower bar by turning the guide member(210); and after placing the widthwise lower bar on the lower bar, removing the guide member(210) widthwise.
