摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calibrate a perfusion parameter image. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a calibration method of the perfusion parameter image for calibrating a perfusion parameter value provided from an analysis into a physiological standard value by a calibration factor, by analyzing image data by tomographic image forming measurement by using a perfusion model. For performing calibration, an image area including a plurality of different tissue compositions, and capable of assuming the substantially standard perfusion ratio, is selected from the provided perfusion parameter image. Next, a frequency of the perfusion parameter value included in this image area is analyzed, to select at least one frequency interval at least substantially corresponding to a generation frequency interval of the perfusion parameter value of a known tissue composition. An average value is calculated from the perfusion parameter value in this frequency interval, and a calibration factor or a calibration value contained in the calibration factor is determined from a comparison with the physiological standard value on this tissue composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
