PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a Web page between a plurality of customers, and to provide collaboration between computer devices in an environment close to much realer shopping configurations.

SOLUTION: This collaboration system through a network is provided with a plurality of client devices 12a connected to a network 16 and a server device 14 for receiving a request from the client device 12a, and for returning a response to the client device 12a, and for providing a collaboration environment common to the plurality of client devices. This server device 14 is provided with a means 38 for providing group session by integrating the communication sessions of the plurality of client devices and a means 42 for synchronizing collaboration environments between the clients. The client device is provided with a means 24 for displaying a synchronizing status between the plurality of client devices.
