<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system for a sound insulation wall without causing lack of luminous energy nor needing extra energy by efficiently using light from a light source, in illumination in the vicinity of a road, sight line guide of a road user or the like. <P>SOLUTION: By focusing light from the light source by a reflecting mirror 2 installed oppositely to the light source 1 of this lighting system 10, diffusion of the light in an unnecessary direction is prevented, and the light L1 is efficiently emitted in a necessary direction, whereby guide lighting and road illumination can be implemented with suitable luminous energy. By illuminating the road with projected light formed in a desired shape by the reflecting mirror 2, illumination can be carried out only to necessary part and area on the road, efficiency of the light can be enhanced, and the road user is prevented from being dazzled or the like due to excessive brightness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
