MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLID-STATE LASER APPARATUS AND WAVELENGTH CONVERSION OPTICAL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable solid-state laser apparatus, whose structure is simple and whose cost can be reduced.

SOLUTION: The apparatus has a wavelength conversion optical member 22 where a laser crystal 8 is connected with a wavelength conversion element 9, and a first dielectric reflection film 21 which is low reflective to a fundamental wave and is high reflective to wavelength converted light is formed on a junction face.
