PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke device capable of enhancing convenience when a user makes a request for a musical piece. SOLUTION: A communication karaoke terminal 12 receives radio broadcasting contents from an Internet radio station 18 during karaoke playing and outputs the received radio broadcasting contents as BGM. When a specific key is pushed while the radio broadcasting contents are outputted in such a manner, the terminal receives the karaoke music corresponding to the radio broadcasting contents under the output from a communication karaoke server 14. The terminal plays the acquired karaoke musical piece. As a result, if the user finds favorite music in the BGM run during the karaoke playing, the user is able to sing that music on the spot simply by pressing a key. Namely, the user is able to easily make a request even for the music of the forgotten music name and player name by utilizing the BGM as a karaoke musical piece collection.
