CINEMA SIGNAL CREATING SYSTEM AND VTR INTEGRATED IMAGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cinema signal creating system using an imaging apparatus and a recorder with a simple configuration and capable of obtaining a 24P cinema signal including low and high forwarding variable speeds. SOLUTION: The cinema signal creating system is configured of: an imaging section 1 for obtaining a progressive imaging signal with various frame rates; a frame rate conversion section 2 for converting the progressive imaging signal with the various frame rates into an output with a prescribed frame rate; a recorder 3 for recording an output signal of the frame rate conversion section 2; and a reproducing apparatus 4 for reproducing a recording signal obtained from the recorder 3, the recorder 3 records the signal at an output rate of the frame rate conversion section 2 whose output has always a prescribed frame rate, and the reproducing apparatus 4 outputs the recorded imaging signal so that the number of substantial frames is a prescribed number.
