PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform pavement and repair of excellent energy saving, environmental hygiene, workability, durability and vibration absorbability. SOLUTION: This paving/repairing method using a sheet-like asphalt sheet 1 formed of blown asphalt as a base material and containing a stone powder material and a lubricating oil material as additives, has a process of applying an emulsion 5 to a repaired surface and heating it; a process of placing the asphalt sheet 1 on the repaired surface and heating it; a process of scattering aggregate 51 on the heated asphalt sheet 1; and a process of applying rolling compaction from the top of the aggregate 51.
