PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable urine treating article preventing the leakage of excreted urine and letting a user feel no discomfort during the use. SOLUTION: This disposable urine treating article 1A is provided with a lengthwise long mount 10 attached to the outside of a rear sheet 3 and a pair of impermeable leakage prevention banks 11 disposed in the both sides 9 of the article 1A. The mount 10 has its front end 12 extending longitudinally outward from the front end 7 of the article 1A, folded down via a first fold line 16 and erected to the upper part of a surface sheet 2. This article 1A is so formed that fixed front end portions 11c of the leakage prevention banks are fixed to the front end 12 of the mount 10, the fixed front end portions 11c are positioned in the upper part of the surface sheet in the erection of the front end 12 of the mount 10, and free portions 11b of the leakage prevention banks 11 are erected to the upper part of the surface sheet 2 by the contraction of an elastic member 21.
