PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable refuse recovery device capable of suitably separating and treating recyclable refuse in accordance with rules set in an installed area. SOLUTION: A control part 10 of the recyclable refuse recovery device can communicate with a management computer 50 of a management center. A CPU 11 of the control part 10 receives a rule regarding the recyclable refuse set in the installed area by communication with the management computer 50, and stores the received rule in a storage part 14. The CPU 11 refers to the rule stored in the storage part 14, gives a control signal to a separation part 20 and a recovery part 30, and separates the kinds of the recyclable refuse thrown into the recyclable refuse recovery device, and treatment is carried out for the recyclable refuse to which treatment determined in correspondence with the kinds is not carried out.
